The residence is made up of two chalets constructed from traditional materials, stone and wood with a roof covered with locally-sourced flagstones, ensuring that it integrates perfectly into the unspoilt alpine landscape of Val Cenis. It offers a truly magnificent panoramic view of the Vanoise mountain range, including its highest peak: the Dent Parachée (the Jagged Tooth). The exceptional location and typical chalet-style interior of the "Le Bonheur des Pistes" create the perfect back-drop for a fabulous alpine skiing holiday. This new residence*** is situated at the foot of the ski slopes and next to the ski lifts, allowing you to leave the residence with your skis already clipped on! As of this ski season, the new chalet-residence will offer you 70 fully-equipped and comfortable apartments on 3 floors (with elevators). This small residence*** of thirty apartments, with lift, is located in the historical centre of Val Cenis Lanslevillard. It offers the unique advantage of being located at a stone's throw from the ski runs and only at 150 metres from the ski school. Shops and services are also close by. The apartments are cosy and the way of life in the mountains is respected (wood, pine furniture, creating a rustic ambiance). They all are equipped with television, microwave grill/oven and dishwasher.

New residence with elevator located in the village of Lanslebourg, at 300 m from the village centre and the shops. The residence is situated directly at the departure and the arrival of the slopes at 50 m from the new chairlift "la Ramasse", in front of the tourist office.
