The Residence is located above the resort of Evian, up against the unconstructible forest zone, 15 km away from ski slopes. It is composed by 101 accomodations split into 19 chalets (3x3 room apartment for 6 people in each chalet : 1 in ground floor and 2 above in duplex apartments) or into 44 apartments (2 room-apartment for 4/5 people) built into a traditional and regional style which fits perfectly in the resort's architectural spirit.

The holiday village Lac et Montagne includes 159 accomodations, distributed in different parts in 3 floors.It is situated in an exceptional landscape, at 500 m of the town center and the shops. For the lovers of the winter sports, the resort of Thollon-les-Mémises and the resort of Bernex are at 12 km of Evian (20 minutes by car). During the school holidays, a paying shuttle is organized by the Tourist office of Thollon between Evian and the resort.
