Traditional chalet build in summer 1999 in an authentic spirit, which volums, forms and construction materials are faithful to the Savoyard style. It's located in the centre of Saint Martin de Belleville and at 100 m from the ski lifts ("3 Vallées" skiing area). From the sunny and south oriented balconies, you have a beautiful view on the old village and the mountains.

This chalet is located in the old village of Saint Martin, at about 200m from the ski lifts ("Les 3 Vallées" skiing area). It was renovated in summer 2002.

Chalet located in the village of Saint Marcel, at about 1 km from the ski slopes. Build in summer 2004, this deluxe-chalet offers three apartments of which we rent two. The apartments are furnished very tastefully with high-quality furnitures and have very roomy living-rooms with partly wood-planked walls. The guests of the two apartments have exclusive access to the wellness-area with sauna and rest-room (included in the price), which is located in the building. The cosy seating furniture around the fireplace and the sun-balconies with their fantastic view will invite you to relax after a great day of skiing.

Unique "urban villa" situated at about 200 m from the ski slopes, in the old centre of Saint Martin with high covers and parquet floorings in the corridors and bedrooms. The house was completely converted and renovated in the summer 2005. Each of the 8 bedrooms has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. In the ground floor the living area is devided in a professional kitchen, living salon with panelling at the wall and separate dining-room, as well as a bedroom with bath. All further rooms and baths are situated in the two upper floors. A privat sauna (included) with a small relaxation room in the cellar of the house invites you to relax after a long ski day (entrance from the outside).

The beautiful Chalet Paulo (2 similar), of about 300 m² is composed of 4 levels and located at 350 m from the slopes, 300 m from Saint Martin de Belleville village center (3 Valleys ski area). After skiing, take time to relax in front of the fireplace or in the wellness area equipped with jacuzzi and sauna... This chalet offers you the comfort that you need : sat-TV (flat screen), DVD-player, hi-fi system with CD-player, internet connection (for a fee), towel-dryer, terrace, 2 balconies, ski-room, electric ski boot dryer.

Chalet constructed in the traditional style in 1999, situated at the church square, centre of the old village. Living room with fireplace and a big rustic table. The ski lifts and slopes are at 150 meters from the chalet (Les 3 Vallées ski area). 3 balconies south exposure with beautiful and imposing view over the old village and the valley and the mountains. The -Marie Gros- chalet, for 10 people, is common with the -Pepe Martin- chalet. therefore it is possible to rent the two chalets together for groups until 20 people.

The chalet Saint Marc is located in the typical village of Saint Marcel, at about 1,1 km from the ski slopes and ski lifts of Saint Martin de Belleville (Les Menuires - Les 3 vallées ski area). At your disposal : private sauna, stove, sat-TV (flat screen), hi-fi system with CD-player, balcony-terrace, ski locker...

Two chalets built in the residential neighbourhood of Saint Martin in the summer 2007. We rent a beautiful and spacious 10 persons chalet with 5 bedrooms (each for 2 persons), no sleeping facilities in the living room, with fire-place and sauna. Situated only a few meters away from the ski slopes, the chalet offers a fantastic view on the village of Saint Martin de Belleville and on the opposite mountain.

This chalet is located in "Les 3 Vallées" skiing area. Chalet Sarvan is one of the nicest chalet in Saint Martin. It was entirely renovated by the owner in summer 2005. A stylish decoration together with high quality furnitures exude a relaxing and cosy athmosphere. A few comfortable sofas in front of the stove enable you to spend convivial moments. The final touch is the wonderful view from the balcony-terrace on the village of Saint Martin and on the opposite mountain. The distance from the chalet to the ski runs and the ski resort centre is about 400 m.
