Residence - Saint Martin de Belleville

   The chalet Acacia, composed of three apartments, is located in the authentic village of Saint Marcel, at about 1 km from the ski slopes and ski lifts of Saint Martin de Belleville (Les Menuires - Les 3 vallées ski area) .

   The natural-stone-built Chalet is situated in the old centre of the village of Saint Marcel, at about 1 km from the ski slopes. It was renovated in summer 2002. The bathrooms and the kitchen are modern, the soils are partly laid down with parquet and the walls are partially covered with wooden panelling. The large balcony offers a beautiful view over the roofs of Saint Marcel on the surrounding mountains. Please note : animals are not allowed in the chalet.

   This chalet is situated in the 3 Vallées ski area. Very pretty and spacious chalet, separated in 2 apartments arranged with care by their owner. The apartments don't have a bedding in the stay and have two bathrooms and two toilets. A fitness club (with sauna and showers) exclusive for your, in the next-door building. The apartments offer a beautiful view from the balcony or the big windows of through the old centre of Saint Martin in the valley of Belleville and mountains. The chalet is situated at about 250 m from ski lifts and village centre.

   Modern chalet made of stones located at 50m from the ski runs and 100m from the first restaurant, shops... When the snow conditions are good, it is possible to go down the slopes til the terrace of the chalet. Three out of the four bedrooms have a wonderful view at the surrounding mountain tops, beyond the top of Saint Martin. The open-style architecture of the living-room on two floor with its large panorama windows gives to the chalet a special flair of space. The two floors separate the living room in the two areas kitchen/dining room and the salon with fireplace in front of the three couch seats. By opening the sliding glass door the salon area of the living room can be enlarged by the covered terrace with "grill place". As an alternative possibility for fireplace and terrace after a arduously skiing day the whirlpool-bath tub can be used for relaxation. In the auxiliary building of the chalet lives the house owner, a ski teacher who is gladly helpful in case of questions and problems.

   The chalet Lou Tantin is situated in the village of Saint Marcel, at 1,5 km of the slopes of Saint Martin de Belleville and at 5 km of Les Menuires. Frre shuttle every day from Saint Marcel to Saint Martin de Belleville.

   Traditional chalet build in summer 1999 in an authentic spirit, which volums, forms and construction materials are faithful to the Savoyard style. It's located in the centre of Saint Martin de Belleville and at 100 m from the ski lifts ("3 Vallées" skiing area). From the sunny and south oriented balconies, you have a beautiful view on the old village and the mountains.

   Chalet located in the village of Saint Marcel, at about 1 km from the ski slopes. Build in summer 2004, this deluxe-chalet offers three apartments of which we rent two. The apartments are furnished very tastefully with high-quality furnitures and have very roomy living-rooms with partly wood-planked walls. The guests of the two apartments have exclusive access to the wellness-area with sauna and rest-room (included in the price), which is located in the building. The cosy seating furniture around the fireplace and the sun-balconies with their fantastic view will invite you to relax after a great day of skiing.

   Chalet constructed in the traditional style in 1999, situated at the church square, centre of the old village. Living room with fireplace and a big rustic table. The ski lifts and slopes are at 150 meters from the chalet (Les 3 Vallées ski area). 3 balconies south exposure with beautiful and imposing view over the old village and the valley and the mountains. The -Marie Gros- chalet, for 10 people, is common with the -Pepe Martin- chalet. therefore it is possible to rent the two chalets together for groups until 20 people.
