The charm of these new chalets is in their fantastic location : situated in the area of Villeneuve La Salle at a height of 1400 m, the Jardin Alpin chalets have direct access (less than a 5 minute walk) to the new Pontillas cable cars and the fantastic ski area of Serre Chevalier with its 250 km of pistes ! This authentic hamlet of chalets offers the perfect setting for a family holiday : proximity to all major conveniences (shopping centre...), and the intimacy of chalet style accommodation but with the comfort of hotel style services. Designed to accommodate 4 to 9 people, all the chalets have a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Each chalet has a lounge, garden, dining area, fully fitted kitchen (with 4 hobs, oven, dishwasher and fridge). First floor : bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. Satellite TV with extra charges.

The HAMEAU DU ROCHER BLANC residence is situated in Chantemerle (one of the villages that make up Serre Chevalier), close to the ski lifts and ESF ski school (free ski shuttles), ski back to door, 200 m from the resort centre and shops. This new property, with lifts, is made up of 36 apartments spread over 3 four-storey buildings. At your disposal : indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, fitness (free of charge) and sauna, hammam (payable services).

The residence Maeva, with lift, is less than 400 m from the shopping centre, ski slopes, ski lifts and overlooks the Chantemerle resort at 1350 m above sea level. Serre Chevalier ski resort, comprising of 13 villages, is spread over 4 areas : Briancon, Chantemerle, Villeneuve la Salle and le Monêtier les Bains. It is also at the gates of the Ecrins National Park. Great skiing in an mountain atmosphere, peaceful skiing in larch woods, family skiing in specially designed areas... There's something for everyone in Serre Chevalier !
