Mont Dore

On the north side of the Massif du Sancy, the resort of Mont Dore arose at the foot of the majestic Puy de Sancy (1886 m), highest point of the Massif Central and the sources of the Dordogne. This side has a terrain suitable for all skiers, from widely steep to easily accesible slopes. Le Mont-Dore was one of the first winter sports classified stations. Today, family resort "par excellence", Le Mont-Dore is able to reconcile health, sports and entertainment in a mountain retreat and nature.
