Residence - Les Menuires

   Two chalets built in the residential neighbourhood of Saint Martin in the summer 2007. We rent a beautiful and spacious 10 persons chalet with 5 bedrooms (each for 2 persons), no sleeping facilities in the living room, with fire-place and sauna. Situated only a few meters away from the ski slopes, the chalet offers a fantastic view on the village of Saint Martin de Belleville and on the opposite mountain.

   Unique luxurious Chalet directly next to the ski slopes and the ski-lift. The cosy and high-quality furnished living area with partly wood-planked walls and with sofa groupings around the fire-places. The 12 persons apartment has a large terrace with garden and a second separate kitchen with a professional four-flame gas stove, oven and chest freezer. The second kitchen is ideal for groups, which rent the complete Chalet for up to 20 persons. From the balconies, the terrace and the large panorama windows you have a wonderful view over the valley of Belleville.

   This chalet is located in "Les 3 Vallées" skiing area. Chalet Sarvan is one of the nicest chalet in Saint Martin. It was entirely renovated by the owner in summer 2005. A stylish decoration together with high quality furnitures exude a relaxing and cosy athmosphere. A few comfortable sofas in front of the stove enable you to spend convivial moments. The final touch is the wonderful view from the balcony-terrace on the village of Saint Martin and on the opposite mountain. The distance from the chalet to the ski runs and the ski resort centre is about 400 m.

   Big chalet with 10 apartments recently constructed, situated at the bottom of the slopes (arrival and departure on skis), in the Reberty district 1850, 4 levels, south-facing, view on the mountain (Caron summit), near by the chair lift. In winter, free shuttles to the ski resort centre.

   Chalet situated in Les Granges village, at 2,5 km from the slopes of St Martin de Belleville (3 Vallées skiing area).

   Chalets located in the small village of Les Varcins at about 2,5 km from the 3 Valeys skiing area (Saint Martin de Belleville - Les Menuires), 5 mn by car. Very quiet place. At your disposal : broad band internet access WIFI.

   Two luxury Chalets built in summer 2006 in the small mountain village "Villarabout". The village is situated on a sunny plateau above Saint Martin de Belleville, only 1 km away from the cable railway direct into the Trois Vallées (free ski-shuttle at 250 m). From the south-oriented terraces/balconies of the chalets you have a wonderful view over the valley of Belleville and the surrounding mountain panorama. All the bedrooms of every chalet have parquet floorings, partly wood-planked walls and their own bathroom with shower and washbasin. Both chalets are furnished very tastefully and stylefully with high-quality furnitures. The living-room with the cosy sofa grouping in front of the stove will invite you to relax after a great day of skiing. Each of the two chalets has its own private sauna (included in the price).

   Residence located in Les Menuires, in Reberty district, at the foot of the ski slopes, ski lifts, french ski school (ESF)and near a complete commercial centre.

   In the summer 2004 renovated apartment with direct acces to the ski runway. Large panorama windows and a large balcony offer a fantastic view over Les Menuires and the surrounding mountain panorama. Living area and bedrooms are styleful furnished and the walls are completely covered with wooden panelling. Together with one bedroom the livingroom can be extended by a practical sliding door to a large living area and lounge. In the apartmenthouse there are several shopping facilities (baker, supermarket, sports shop, tobacco/press, retaurants). A free lift connects the apartmenthouse directly with the large shopping gallery in the center of Les Menuires.
