Ski area : Les 3 Vallées

   In the summer 2004 lavishly renovated, modern and styleful furnished natural stone Chalet on three floors, situated at about 1.5 km from Les Menuires. All bedrooms have their own washbasin. The roomy living-room is in the upper floor under the beautiful wooden joist floor and is divided in kitchen range, dining area and sofa grouping. From here a fantastic panorama view is offered over the roofs of Praranger on the surrounding high mountains. Baguettes and Croissants are delivered by the baker from Les Menuires to the house daily.

   The natural-stone-built Chalet is situated in the old centre of the village of Saint Marcel, at about 1 km from the ski slopes. It was renovated in summer 2002. The bathrooms and the kitchen are modern, the soils are partly laid down with parquet and the walls are partially covered with wooden panelling. The large balcony offers a beautiful view over the roofs of Saint Marcel on the surrounding mountains.

   Very comfortably furnished studio flat on the local edge of Saint Martin with a great view at the opposite mountain massif. There is a seating corner in the living-room, a double bed in the "bedroom area" separated from the "living-room area" with a nice room divider. A large storage capacity is offered by a wall cupboard. The beautiful natural-stone-built bathroom is opened on the main room.

   This modern and independent chalet is composed of 4 separated apartments. The chalet is located in the hamlet of " Lavassaix ", about 1 km far from the center of Les Menuires and at 100 m from the slopes. The ground floor has been converted in a fitness room, exclusively available for the guests of chalet Cristal (included in price) and is composed of a sauna, a relaxation room, a shower and a toilet. The large south-oriented balconies offer a wonderful view above the glacier of Val Thorens and above the opposite massif called "La Masse".

   This modern and independent chalet is composed of 4 separate apartments. The chalet is located in the nice little village Lavassaix, about 1 km far from the center of Les Menuires, 100 m from the slopes and is surrounded by little authentic natural-stone chalets. There is a brand new wellness area on the ground floor with sauna, relaxation room, shower and toilet. This area is exclusively available for the guests of chalet Cristal (included in price). The big south-oriented balconies have a wonderful view at the glacier of Val Thorens and at the opposite massif called "La Masse".

   Luxurious chalet build in summer 2002, including 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet. It's located at about 1500m from the ski lift in the village of Praranger, however there is a free shuttle service. The good skiers can have access to the chalet by ski off piste.

   This chalet is situated in the 3 Vallées ski area. Very pretty and spacious chalet, separated in 2 apartments arranged with care by their owner. The apartments don't have a bedding in the stay and have two bathrooms and two toilets. A fitness club (with sauna and showers) exclusive for your, in the next-door building. The apartments offer a beautiful view from the balcony or the big windows of through the old centre of Saint Martin in the valley of Belleville and mountains. The chalet is situated at about 250 m from ski lifts and village centre.

   Modern chalet made of stones located at 50m from the ski runs and 100m from the first restaurant, shops... When the snow conditions are good, it is possible to go down the slopes til the terrace of the chalet. Three out of the four bedrooms have a wonderful view at the surrounding mountain tops, beyond the top of Saint Martin. The open-style architecture of the living-room on two floor with its large panorama windows gives to the chalet a special flair of space. The two floors separate the living room in the two areas kitchen/dining room and the salon with fireplace in front of the three couch seats. By opening the sliding glass door the salon area of the living room can be enlarged by the covered terrace with "grill place". As an alternative possibility for fireplace and terrace after a arduously skiing day the whirlpool-bath tub can be used for relaxation. In the auxiliary building of the chalet lives the house owner, a ski teacher who is gladly helpful in case of questions and problems.
