The chalet Acacia, composed of three apartments, is located in the authentic village of Saint Marcel, at about 1 km from the ski slopes and ski lifts of Saint Martin de Belleville (Les Menuires - Les 3 vallées ski area). Ski-bus cost free (bus stop at about 150 m).

Magnificent chalet, melting harmoniously tradition and comfort, with scandinavian stove and internet access (from december 2011 on). Bright, large living and dining-room, with cozy sitting place at the stove. Seven bedrooms, one of them on the ground floor with original, charming vault ceiling and 4 bathrooms. Situation in the traditional mountain village of Praranger. Easy access to the ski slopes of the "3 Vallées ski area" in only 5 minutes with the free ski bus or by car (Le Bettaix ski lift and blue slope) and at about 5 km from the center of Les Menuires.

The chalet Balcons Acacia, composed of 11 rooms and 3 floors with a surface area of 190 m² is located in the quiet and tipical village of Saint Marcel, about 1 km away from Saint Martin de Belleville slopes and the ski lifts (skiing area of Les Ménuires and Les 3 Vallées). Free shuttle (ski-bus stop at about 150 m). High quality services at your disposal : 2 chimneys, sauna (shower), 2 satellite TVs, stereo system with CD player, heated towel rail, 3 balconies, ski locker and shoe heater.

In the summer 2004 lavishly renovated, modern and styleful furnished natural stone Chalet on three floors, situated at about 800 m from the Bettaix ski slopes (3 vallées ski area) and 5 km from Les Menuires. All bedrooms have their own washbasin. The roomy living-room is in the upper floor under the beautiful wooden joist floor and is divided in kitchen range, dining area and sofa grouping. From here a fantastic panorama view is offered over the roofs of Praranger on the surrounding high mountains. Baguettes and Croissants are delivered by the baker from Les Menuires to the house daily.

Situated in the center of the village and less than 300 meters from slopes, this beautiful chalet has been fully refurbished for your confort. Discover charm, authenticity and warmth in this traditionnal stone built chalet. It can accomodate up to 20 persons and has all the needed equipments, facility and luxury to make your stay an enjoyable one.

A comfortable chalet situated in the pittoresque mountain village of Le Bettaix. The spacious chalet is personally furnished. Spacious living and eating room, with cosy chimney corner. Big modern open-plan kitchen. Five of the seven double bedrooms have an "ensuite" bathroom and toilet. The two others share a bathroom and the toilet. From the balcony on the south side you have a spectacular view over the "Belleville" mountains. Sauna is available in the neighbour building (daily about 7 to 9 pm, 18 €/day, if desired). Internet access. Bettaix is directly connected with the world's biggest ski area "Trois Vallees", at about 180 m from the chalet. Distance to the restaurant and a sport shop with ski rental 100 m. To the center of Les Ménuires (shopping malls, restaurants, supermarket, internet-café, leisure-center with swimming pool, ski-shool, childcare) reachable either on ski or by car aprox. 5-10 min.

Chalet Geffriand is located at the entrance of Les Menuires, in the district of Preyerand, ideally situated at 30 meters from the ski slopes. Underneath the building,you will find a restaurant "pizzéria" with bread delivery and in the neighborhood shopping center. Nearby, a bus free is available to move easily to the center station. All apartments have a kitchen, a wood stove, satellite TV (flat screen), wireless Internet access (free), 2 or 3 balconies, ski storage and boot dryers.

Luxurious chalet build in summer 2002, including 10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms with sink, shower and toilet. It's located at about 1500m from the ski lift in the village of Praranger, however there is a free shuttle service. The good skiers can have access to the chalet by ski off piste.

This chalet is situated in the 3 Vallées ski area. Very pretty and spacious chalet, separated in 2 apartments arranged with care by their owner. The apartments don't have a bedding in the stay and have two bathrooms and two toilets. A fitness club (with sauna and showers) exclusive for your, in the next-door building. The apartments offer a beautiful view from the balcony or the big windows of through the old centre of Saint Martin in the valley of Belleville and mountains. The chalet is situated at about 250 m from ski lifts and village centre.
