The residence is situated in the middle of the resort center, at about 500 m of the themal baths and at 100 m of the cable cars. It is situated near all shops, restaurants and casino. The apartments are located in two buildings.

   This new residence "Le Belvédère" is composed of 2 buildings on 4 floors with elevator (107 apartments) and situated in 2.5 km by car and 500 m on foot by pedestrian road of the center, shops and the departure of the skilifts. Luchon is linked to the ski area of Superbagnères by gondola (8mins) and by road (18kms). The domain reaches its highest point at an altitude of 2260m.

   The residence les Jardins de Ramel, with elevator, is located in the heart of the magnificent Park and at only 10 min from Luchon ski resort centre which allow faster ski-lifts access (300 m). The residence consists of 128 flats in 3 building to minimize its impact on the park. It is implanted in reference to the Pavilion Ramel and to the hotel Majestic and offers a grand sight on the mountains.

   This new residence on 2 levels is located at about 1500 m from Luchon centre and the cable car (free ski bus). Residence with genuine feel, whose volumes, forms and materials (wood, stone, slate) remain loyal to the Pyrenean tradition. Games area for children.
