Residence - Les Arcs

   Comfortable and spacious chalet with open fireplace, situated just a few meters off the ski slopes (one blue and one red ski slopes are leading down to the village Les Granges, where the chalet is situated). You can start into the top ski area of Les Arcs - Paradiski only 150 m away from the chalet. It combines the charme of a traditional mountain village with all the comfort of a modern house. This is a very special holiday quality: accommodation in the old village of Les Granges, just beneath of Arcs 1600 but with ski slopes leading nearly until the chalet door. All leisure amenities and shopping facilities are located either in Les Arcs 1600 or in Bourg-St.Maurice, each approx. 4 km by car or via the funicular. The chalet offers five bedrooms, all with "en suite" bathroom. The vestibule leads to the spacious dining/living area with cosy sofa lounge near the fireplace, up-to-date and well equipped kitchen. All beds 2 m long. There is a big family and entertainment room in the basement (electric radiator).

The entrance leads into the modern kitchen and the bright, spacious dining area, followed by the comfortable sofa area with Sat-TV and fireplace. On the same floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with three single beds. On the first floor are five bedrooms and the sauna. All bedrooms with "en suite" bathroom. Floor -1 of the chalet is not available for the tenant. After a ski day enjoy a stroll round Peisey, where you find pittoresque lanes with restaurants, apres-ski-pubs, grocery, bakery, butcher as well as a sport shop/ski rental (distance 50 m to 350 m). This chalet provides you with an exceptional holiday quality at about 450 m from the first ski lift: skiing in one of the world's greatest ski areas and enjoying all the advantages of a charming authentic mountain village.

   Arc 1800 is a terraced resort overlooking the wide Tarentaise valley and standing at the foot of the Aiguille Grive. It is a trendy resort with sports, leisure facilities, activities and shopping being defining elements. The resort operates as a pedestrian only area. At your disposal : 100 shops, the ski school and the nursery in the center of the resort. Residences are in Charmettoger, one of four villages which compose the resort of Arcs 1800. This district is more removed, in fir trees, from the peace. It is situated in border of track, with a magnificent clear sight, in the South West, on the valley and in the North West on the massif of the Mont Blanc.

   The residences are situated between 50 to 300 m maximum from the ski slopes, french ski school and the commercial center.    The residence 3 Arcs is situated in Arc 1600, at 50 m of the ski slopes and at 150 m of the shops. This residence with elevator benefits of a good place near all the services. It's located within 5 minutes from the cable car and the free shuttles. A shuttle service is between Arc 1600 and Arc 1800, every 20 minutes.
