The chalets are located at about 150 m from the ski lifts and 500 m from the ski resort centre, french ski school (ESF), shops. On the spot : ski locker, covered garage, Pub, bakery, mini market... All the apartments are equipped of fireplace with one basket of wood furnished and satellite TV. Free access to the indoor swimming-pool and to the sauna.

Arc 1800 is a terraced resort overlooking the wide Tarentaise valley and standing at the foot of the Aiguille Grive. It is a trendy resort with sports, leisure facilities, activities and shopping being defining elements. The resort operates as a pedestrian only area. At your disposal : 100 shops, the ski school and the nursery in the center of the resort. Residences are in Charmettoger, one of four villages which compose the resort of Arcs 1800. This district is more removed, in fir trees, from the peace. It is situated in border of track, with a magnificent clear sight, in the South West, on the valley and in the North West on the massif of the White Mountain.

The residences are situated between 50 to 300 m maximum from the ski slopes, french ski school and the commercial center. The residence Le Coeur d'Or is situated between big ski resorts, only 10 minutes walk from the town centre of Bourg Saint Maurice, the shops and train station. It is composed of 40 apartements, from 2 to 5 rooms, covered swimming pool, sauna, hammam. Le Coeur d'Or certainly announces a wind of change in the valley.
