   Created by Pierre & Vacances in the 1960's, Avoriaz has now become one of the hottest ski destinations in the French Alps. Pierre & Vacances now has four residences in Avoriaz including the Falaise, a large residence boasting almost 300 comfortable apartments spread around several building. Boasting wonderful views of the Morzine valley, the residence is also ideally located near the entrance to the resort, the car parks and night life. Direct access to the ski slopes and catering formulas available.

   The Balcons du Soleil residence in Avoriaz is a high-standard ski residence offering a wide range of services. Recently renovated, the residence has apartments ranging from 4-person studios up to 8-person apartments, all boasting duvets as standard, fully-equipped kitchens and direct access to the ski slope. Other services include a children's area, three catering formulas and much, much more.

   The Pierre & Vacances Sepia residence in Avoriaz is located at the lower part of the Avoriaz ski resort. The relatively new residence offers welcoming, comfortable apartments with duvets as standard in all apartments. The residence is close to the "Prodains" cable car and has direct access to the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area and to quick-flow ski lifts.

Their façades have been redone in wood and blend into the original architectural style of the site. "Les Alpages I et II" are located in the heart of the resort close to all of the shops and activities. The Cédrat is about 500 meters from the downtown area of the resort (paid shuttles to downtown) and close to the local shops selling essential items.
