The residences *** "la Forêt d'Or" (les Mélèzes d'Or et les Monts du Bois d'Or) are facing snowfront, at the departure of Preclaux chairlift with a direct access to the ski area. Shops are directly adjacent to residences. (restaurants, snack, ski shops, bakrey, press...) "La Forêt d'Or" is composed of 400 apartments and is equipped with a swimming pool and a sauna.

The residence features 24 apartments from 23m² to 55m² and a 160m² apartment on the top floor. It was completely renovated in 2011. The Hameau des Aiguilles*** residence is composed of 165 apartments situated in 24 typical and authentic chalets. Very beautiful apartments, finished to high standard, close to the mountains, terrace, balcony. The ski lifts and ski slopes are situated at 300 m from the residence.

The residence Maeva Bellecote is built into the resort's shopping centre and located at the foot of the ski slopes, very close to the cable car that goes up to the "glacier".

The residence 3 Cesars consists of 31 apartments and studios. It is situated at 12 km from Guzet ski resort and is directly connected with the Thermal baths of Aulus Baths. Within the residence : lounge with fireplace, TV. Paying laundry with provision of table and iron, premises ski and in cycle, car park... Possibility of conjugating ski, relaxation and with free access twice 1 hour! /Gratuitement! The free access twice 1 hour/day) to the relaxation area is only opened from 17/12 to 31/12/2012, from 11/02 to 10/03/2012 and from 07/04 to 03/11/2012..

In the heart of the Valley of Ubaye, The Château des Magnans takes advantage of an exceptional period of sunshine all year long. Between the ski resorts of Pra Loup, Super Sauze, Vars and Saint Anne la Condamine, in 20 minutes, the winter is given rhythm by the skiers and all the sports of mountain. The Château includes 15 luxury apartments completely equipped to welcome from 4 to 10 persons. The residence in an arc around the Castle, offers 50 new housing equipped for 4 or 6 persons. WiFi and satellite television. The apartments of the castle are all of configuration and different sizes and make between 25m ² and 100m ². Those of the residence are more homogeneous.

Overlooking the old village of Gresse en Vercors, the residence is located about 1 km from the heart of the village (vehicle recommended). At the foot of the cliffs of Vercors and facing the south, it is made up of four 3-4 story buildings. All of the shops are located in the residence and there is a doctor constantly on duty.

The apartments of "Parc aux Etoiles & La Dame Blanche" are situated directly on the slopes (Bois des coqs) and the chair lift "La Bergerie", a transfer is operated between the residence and Puy Saint Vincent where you can find bars, shops, cinema and restaurants. Ideally built, with elevator, this resort including chalets and apartments is opened on the slopes. The flats are fully equipped in order to enjoy every moment: living rooms light and spacious, kitchens fitted with hot plates, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave. Bathrooms adapted, nice bedrooms with cupboards and you can enjoy balconies, ski racks, outside and inside car parks.
