The cancellation of your reservation involves expenses which are invoiced to you according to this scale :

- More than 30 days : 50%
- Between 30 to 13 days : 80%
- Less than 12 days : 100%

Any cancellation must be mentioned by recorded signed for letter to SKI-PLANET or exceptionally by fax if you cancel 3 days before the arrival date.
