CHALET PIERRA MENTA

Independent "ski in/ski out" chalet, with open fireplace. You've access to the ski slopes at about 100 m in Plan Peisey, in the heart of the where the ski areas ski area of Paradiski, composed by Les Arcs and La Plagne. Distance to the cable car Vanoise-Express liking to La Plagne and to the 4 seater express chair lift of Peisey about 150 m. The cosy living/dining-room with lounge and open fireplace is located on the upper floor. Very good equipped, modern open kitchen. On the same floor is a double room. Another double room and a 4-bedroom (bunk bed and two single beds) are located on the ground floor. A steep flight of stairs leads from each of these rooms to the first floor. The double room has its own access from the outside. There is another 4-bedroom (bunk bed and double bed settee) on the ground floor which has an outdoor connection to all other rooms. Each of the four bedrooms has its private en-suite bathroom, with shower and wash basin. The chalet is most suitable for 8 to 10 persons. Best situation in the upper part of Plan Peisey. Distance to restaurants, "apres ski" bar (free W-LAN internet), grocery shop, bakery, shop with ski school and ski rental approx. 50-200 m. Hotel with public indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam bath and fitness area approx. 100 m away. Distance to Vallandry approx. 800 m.

Open-plan kitchen with 2 special heaters to prepare La Fondue, 2 special heaters to prepare La Raclette, kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, 4 vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge, fridge-freezer. 2 shower rooms with shower, wash-hand basin. 2 shower rooms with shower, wash-hand basin, WC. 2 Separated WC. Balcony. washing machine. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years. Access ground floor - 1. floor by external staircase.

Cancellation conditions

The cancellation of your reservation involves expenses which are invoiced to you according to this scale :

- More than 60 days : 30%
- Between 60 to 36 days : 60%
- Between 35 to 8 days : 90%
- Less than 7 days : 100%

Any cancellation must be mentioned by recorded signed for letter to SKI-PLANET or exceptionally by fax if you cancel 3 days before the arrival date.
