Winter description
CHALET ESPRIT
Spacious and luxurious three storey chalet with open fire place and sauna. It has recently been finished and is situated in the upper outskirts of Saas Fee with a stunning view over the glaciers. The spacious open plan kitchen and living area is well equipped and the living room leads to the balcony (south east direction) with panoramic view. As there is no car access allowed in the village of Saas Fee, access to the chalet is via electric taxi and a flight of steps rising from the Hannig Bahn lift station (altitude difference approx. 45 m). Alternatively, the transport can be made by rentable trolleys. The center is situated 400 m away from the chalet. Saas Fee ("Pearl of the Alps") offers several shops, restaurants, bars, bank, post office, alpinism school. Charming hiking routes. The ski area is 600 m away from the chalet.

Cancellation conditions
The cancellation of your reservation involves expenses which are invoiced to you according to this scale :
- More than 60 days : 30%
- Between 60 to 36 days : 60%
- Between 35 to 8 days : 90%
- Less than 7 days : 100%
Any cancellation must be mentioned by recorded signed for letter to SKI-PLANET or exceptionally by fax if you cancel 3 days before the arrival date.
