Surface area : about 60 m². Ground floor. Orientation : South-West. Living room with sofa bed. Bedroom with double bed. Bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Kitchen with coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, microwaves, 4 cooking rings, fridge. WC. Bathroom with bath-tub, washing machine. Terrace with garden table and chair. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years. View lake.

The cancellation of your reservation involves expenses which are invoiced to you according to this scale :

- More than 60 days : 80€
- Between 59 to 30 days : 30%
- Between 29 to 14 days : 60%
- Between 13 to 5 days : 85%
- Less than 5 days : 100%

Any cancellation must be mentioned by recorded signed for letter to SKI-PLANET or exceptionally by fax if you cancel 3 days before the arrival date.
