   The residence 3 Cesars consists of 31 apartments and studios. It is situated at 12 km from Guzet ski resort and is directly connected with the Thermal baths of Aulus Baths. Within the residence : lounge with fireplace, TV, video recorder. Paying laundry with provision of table and iron, premises ski and in cycle, car park... Possibility of conjugating ski, relaxation and free reshaped in Thermal baths!

   Situated close to the shops, 500 m from the ski slopes, the Hameau de Balestas comprises a terrace of 6 chalets built in Pyrenean style and 3 other buildings which are divided by districts : La Belle Sayette, Le Forum, Les Abellans and Le Val d'Esquierry. Free shuttle to go on the slopes.

   The residence les Jardins de Ramel, with elevator, is located in the heart of the magnificent Park and at only 10 min from Luchon ski resort centre which allow faster ski-lifts access (300 m). The residence consists of 128 flats in 3 building to minimize its impact on the park. It is implanted in reference to the Pavilion Ramel and to the hotel Majestic and offers a grand sight on the mountains.

   The residence "Pyrénées Zénith", composed of 90 apartments, is situated at only 200 m from Luz Saint Sauveur center, tourist office, shops, ski school and supermarket... The residence is ideally located between several ski resorts like Luz Ardiden and Gavarnie (20 min) and a few min from Barèges La Mongie.    The Chalets du Berger are situated in the heart of the village of La Feclaz, just 300 m away from the tourist information office, the ski runs and the cross-country skiing area. The residence is made up of 40 traditionnal wooden chalets comprising 90 apartments in total. The chalets offer comfort and calm. The residence has an indoor heated swimming pool (6 x 12), sauna, free outdoor parking, ski lockers. Each apartment is tastefully decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen unit.

   South facing residence is situated in the centre of the resort of Peyragudes close to restaurants, bars and shops. It has 87 apartments (for 3 to 10 person) and reception area. Each apartment is well equipped with a living-room with a sofa bed, kitchenette with 2 or 4 ceramic plated hob, refrigerator, combined microwave oven, dish-washer, satellite television (with a supplement) bath or shower room, WC, ski locker and most have either a balcony or terrace. Underground car park. The ski slopes are located at about 400 m : free shuttle service at the foot of the residence.

   Open on the "Massif de l'Aiguille" and the spring of Le Verdon, the residence Les Toits du Val d'Allos*** is situated in Les Etoiles district and benefits a wonderful situation in the resort of La Foux d'Allos, near to the ski lifts (150 m) and about 1200 m of the resort center (free shuttle). Opposite the residence : bakery, restaurants and small market. The building is built in "cascade" with traditional material to accompagny this architecture of mountains. At your disposal : free access to the indoor swimming pool (4 m x 8 m), sauna and jacuzzi. At about 100 m from the residence, you can find 2 restaurants, 1 ski shop and a store of tobacco. The first supermarket is located at 8 km in La Toussuire or in Saint Jean de Maurienne.

   Located at the end of the Col d'Allos road, at 300 m from the ski lifts, the Balcons du Soleil residence, with lift, built in Grand Chalet style, with stone and wood facade, offers cosy apartments pleasantly decorated in Savoyard style.
