   The old farm La Voute is situated in the old centre of the village of Saint Martin, in front of the church, on the village place and 30 m from the slopes. In the ground floor there is a nice restaurant with a sunny terrace. Our 4 apartments, renovated in summer 2001, are located in the 3 upper floors. They are equipped with high quality wood furniture and built-in kitchens. All of them also have small sunny balconies with a wonderful view, beyond the place, at the surrounding mountains.

   New! Standing apartments in Saint Martin de Belleville : in the summer 2005 completely converted and renovated former hotel with 5 high-quality holiday homes in the local centre of Saint Martin, situated directly next to the ski slope. The apartments are modern and styleful furnished, the living area is decorated with panelling at the wall and through the panorama windows and from the balconies you have a wonderful view at Saint Martin village and the opposite mountain. The three 14 persons apartments and the 20 persons Penthouse apartment on two floors, have everyone their own private sauna in the apartment. The 8 persons apartment in the ground floor is completely decorated with panelling at the walls, has a small terrace and a free entrance to the Sauna of the house next door.

   Modern house located in the old center of Saint Martin de Belleville at about 250 m from the ski slopes. The two 8 person and two 10 person apartments have large and very light living-rooms with sofa group, walls with wooden panelling und big sunny balconies with fantastic view.

   This chalet is located in "Les 3 Vallées" skiing area. Chalet Sarvan is one of the nicest chalet in Saint Martin. It was entirely renovated by the owner in summer 2005. A stylish decoration together with high quality furnitures exude a relaxing and cosy athmosphere. A few comfortable sofas in front of the stove enable you to spend convivial moments. The final touch is the wonderful view from the balcony-terrace on the village of Saint Martin and on the opposite mountain. The distance from the chalet to the ski runs and the ski resort centre is about 400 m.

   This chalet is located in the old village of Saint Martin, at about 200m from the ski lifts ("Les 3 Vallées" skiing area). It was renovated in summer 2002.

   This modern residence located in Saint Martin de Belleville center is composed of 12 apartments and is located at the foot of the ski slopes. In the basement there is a wellness area with a sauna, a shower and a relaxation room, which is exclusively available for the guests of Trolles (included in the price). In Trolles A building, we rent out seven 4-person apartments.

   The modern apartment house made of wood and stone with approximately 25 vacation homes is built directly next to the ski slopes. Every apartment of the house Epervière has a sunny balcony with view on the ski slopes of Saint Martin de Belleville. The ski-lift is only a few meters away from the accommodation.    Situated in the center of the village and less than 300 meters from slopes, this beautiful chalet has been fully refurbished for your confort. Discover charm, authenticity and warmth in this traditionnal stone built chalet. It can accomodate up to 20 persons and has all the needed equipments, facility and luxury to make your stay an enjoyable one.

   The chalet Acacia, composed of three apartments, is located in the authentic village of Saint Marcel, at about 1 km from the ski slopes and ski lifts of Saint Martin de Belleville (Les Menuires - Les 3 vallées ski area). Ski-bus cost free (bus stop at about 150 m).

   This old village house, divided in 2 stunning apartments, can accomodate up to 15 persons, with each a private parking space. Located 1.5 km from St Martin de Belleville, its slopes, shops and restaurants.
