South facing residence is situated in the centre of the resort of Peyragudes close to restaurants, bars and shops. It has 87 apartments (for 3 to 10 person) and reception area. Each apartment is well equipped with a living-room with a sofa bed, kitchenette with 2 or 4 ceramic plated hob, refrigerator, combined microwave oven, dish-washer, satellite television (with a supplement) bath or shower room, WC, ski locker and most have either a balcony or terrace. Underground car park. The ski slopes are located at about 400 m : free shuttle service at the foot of the residence.

The "Balcons du Soleil" residence (with elevators) was built in the entrance of Peyragudes ski resort, at about 600 m from the ski slopes : you can used the free shuttle service. The residence profits from a maximum sunning and offers a panoramic view on the ski resort, the valleys and the moutains. At the ground floor, you will find a snack-bar, a ski-shop, a ski school and the tourist office. All the apartments are well exposed : South and South-West.

Situated close to the shops, 500 m from the ski slopes, the Hameau de Balestas comprises a terrace of 6 chalets built in Pyrenean style and 3 other buildings which are divided by districts : La Belle Sayette, Le Forum, Les Abellans and Le Val d'Esquierry. Free shuttle to go on the slopes.

The Royal Peyragudes residence was built with traditionnal style (with local stone and wood). It's located in the ski resort enter, at 300 m of ski lifts and ski slopes (free shuttle service in front of the residence). The shops are near the residence. You have a beautiful view over the Louron valley. Free access to the indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness room and jacuzzi.

This new residence Les Jardins de Balnéa is composed of 69 apartments distributed in 6 buildings. It is situated at 100 m of the village center and shops, at 300 m of the Balnea Center and at 400 m of the Ludeo space. The lake of Génos-Loudenvielle is at 500 m. The most close ski slopes are Peyragudes (14 km with shuttles only on school holidays, except weekend) and Val Louron (8,5 km).

This welcoming residence is builted with local stone and wood. The appartments offer a wonderful view over the lake and mountain. The residence "La Soulane" is located at Loudenvielle, 9 km of Val Louran's slopes and 11 km of Peyragudes's slopes. Free access to the sauna and gymnastic room.

The "Le Privilège" residence was built in the heart of the resort and harmoniously combines traditional, noble materials of the Pyrenees: wood, stone, and granite. All of the shops and services are located on the ground floor: bar, restaurant, ski school, sports store, tobacco shop, newsstand, food store, first aid station, and medical office.
