   The old farm La Voute is situated in the old centre of the village of Saint Martin, in front of the church, on the village place and 30 m from the slopes. In the ground floor there is a nice restaurant with a sunny terrace. Our 4 apartments, renovated in summer 2001, are located in the 3 upper floors. They are equipped with high quality wood furniture and built-in kitchens. All of them also have small sunny balconies with a wonderful view, beyond the place, at the surrounding mountains.

   The chalet Courmayeur of Côtes d'Or Residence is situated in the Reberty 1850 area, in the upper part of Les Menuires. The chalets benefit from the tranquility as well as the proximity of the shops and restaurants and let's not forget their ideal location at the bottom of the slopes! Residence Les côtes d'Or with some fully renovated 2 to 4 bedroom apartments now offers high quality accomodation.

   Big chalet with 10 apartments recently constructed, situated at the bottom of the slopes (arrival and departure on skis), in the Reberty district 1850, 4 levels, south-facing, view on the mountain (Caron summit), near by the chair lift. In winter, free shuttles to the ski resort centre.

   The residence L'Oisan, with lift, is situated in the Croisette district, ski resort centre, on the ski slopes. Children's club, shops, sports centre and free outdoor parking nearby.

   New! Standing apartments in Saint Martin de Belleville : in the summer 2005 completely converted and renovated former hotel with 5 high-quality holiday homes in the local centre of Saint Martin, situated directly next to the ski slope. The apartments are modern and styleful furnished, the living area is decorated with panelling at the wall and through the panorama windows and from the balconies you have a wonderful view at Saint Martin village and the opposite mountain. The three 14 persons apartments and the 20 persons Penthouse apartment on two floors, have everyone their own private sauna in the apartment. The 8 persons apartment in the ground floor is completely decorated with panelling at the walls, has a small terrace and a free entrance to the Sauna of the house next door.

   The "Argousier" residence is situated in the Fontanettes area, 50 meters away from the slopes and about 15 minutes walk away from the center of the resort. Area as well linked to the center by a free shuttle bus running every 20 minutes. A ski shop and a restaurant can be find in this nice and quiet area.

   The Residence Trois Marches, with lift, is situated in the Brelin area at the bottom of the slopes. You will find a small shopping center in the Brelin area. You can easily access the Croisette area using the outside lift which operate 24h a day.

   The residence Doron, with elevator, is situated in the heart of the main district "La Croisette", in the center of Les Menuires, at the foot of the ski slopes and near the commercial center, children club and sports center.

   Situated in the Preyerand area, the "Caron" residence is at the bottom of the slopes. The residence is equipped with few lifts to reach its many floors and has a big outside car park. Close to fews shops. The residence is linked to the heart of the ski resort by a free gondola open from 8am to 11pm.
