Advantages	The apartments in this residence are spacious and clean. They seem to be done up recently in a design style. The staff is pleasant and efficient.
Inconveniences	The apartments are located 20 minutes far from the Collet d'Allevard and 30 min from Les Sept Laux. The best is to get a car otherwise there are really cheap shuttles. The big problem with these apartments is the insulation between the stairs; amazing for done up apartments. When the neighbours walk, walls are shaking.
