The residences *** "la Forêt d'Or" (les Mélèzes d'Or et les Monts du Bois d'Or) are facing snowfront, at the departure of Preclaux chairlift with a direct access to the ski area. Shops are directly adjacent to residences. (restaurants, snack, ski shops, bakrey, press...) "La Forêt d'Or" is composed of 400 apartments and is equipped with a swimming pool and a sauna.

For this winter season, the heart of the residence and the first of the four independent chalets offer beautiful apartments. Free access to the outdoor heated swimming-pool and fitness room, Saunas, spa pool, hammam, solarium... Beauty treatment center and balneotherapy : masseurs, beauticians.

Residence "L'Etoile des Neiges" is ideally situated at the foot of slopes and 200m from the ski lifts. It is located in the heart of the resort and close to shops, it is connected to the mall. The residence features 24 apartments from 23m² to 55m² and a 160m² apartment on the top floor. It was completely renovated in 2011. Paid services: billiards, wireless Internet access, comfort services (cleaning, beds made on arrival).

The residence Maeva Bellecote is built into the resort's shopping centre and located at the foot of the ski slopes, very close to the cable car that goes up to the "glacier".

The apartments of "Parc aux Etoiles & La Dame Blanche" are situated directly on the slopes (Bois des coqs) and the chair lift "La Bergerie", a transfer is operated between the residence and Puy Saint Vincent where you can find bars, shops, cinema and restaurants. Ideally built, with elevator, this resort including chalets and apartments is opened on the slopes. The flats are fully equipped in order to enjoy every moment: living rooms light and spacious, kitchens fitted with hot plates, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave. Bathrooms adapted, nice bedrooms with cupboards and you can enjoy balconies, ski racks, outside and inside car parks.

The residences are brand new. Residences are at the foot of the ski runs and few hundred metres from the heart of the village and the shops. They offer a wide range of apartments adapted to the needs of each person and surrounded by the space and quiet of nature. Ski locker in all apartment.

This three star tourist residence, with lift, is ideally situated at the very foot of the ski slopes and offers a fabulous panorama over the Taillefer mountain range all the way to Grenoble. Set in the midst of a mountain forest, the residence L'Ecrin des Neiges*** is in the district of Roche Béranger at Chamrousse 1750. This resolutely contemporary-style residence is built in combination of modern materials and consists of 3 buildings divided into 134 very comfortably furnished. Each unit has a large south-facing terrace and facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna.

Chalets in an authentic spirit, which volums, forms and construction materials are faithful to the Savoyard style. Reception, daily cleaning, covered garage, access to the re-arrangement place (sauna, musculation), laundry-room... The chalets du Thabor, with lift, are ideally situated at the foot of the ski-slopes and 100 m from the heart of the resort's main square. You can set off on skis to the Punta Bagna cable car.
